Did you know that by default you sign a personal guarantee when you sign an application to accept debit and credit cards. That means you personally guarantee that you will pay any costs related to business losses due to a breach of customer information or undelivered goods or services due to bankruptcy or for other reasons. We do our best to make sure that our clients as a general rule do not sign a personal guarantee.
